DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Individual needs may vary. Start with a half dose of Natural Vitality CALM® for Kids and gradually increase to a full dose per day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
For children aged 4 to 8, one dose is approximately 1/2 teaspoon (1.8 g).
For children aged 9 and up, one dose is approximately 1 teaspoon (3.6 g). Pour the powder into a glass or cup; add about 2-3 oz (60-90 ml) of warm water. Let it fizz, then stir until completely dissolved.
Top with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also dilute Natural Vitality CALM® for Kids in a glass or bottle of cold water.
