Folic acid is an essential B vitamin required for DNA synthesis and genetic repair. Adequate intake is therefore critical for rapidly dividing cells, including red blood cells. Folic acid is also necessary for the synthesis of methionine from homocysteine and helps support a healthy cardiovascular and nervous system.
Suggested Use
Take 1 tablet daily with a meal.
