DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Individual needs may vary. Start with approximately half a teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to approximately one and a half teaspoons (3 g) daily, as needed.
Pour the powder into a glass or mug; add approximately 60 to 90 ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until completely dissolved. Top with warm or cold water and enjoy.
You can also dilute Natural Vitality CALM® in a glass or bottle of cold water.
